From there we’ll swing into action drawing up a contract to allow us to market the property on your behalf at the same time as preparing industry-leading property details to send out to all the most effective property portals. Your property will, of course, feature on our own highly visible website.
You will be kept informed of all viewings that we book. If you are resident we’ll liaise closely to arrange times that are convenient to you whenever possible. Please bear in mind that viewings can often be requested at very short notice if someone is on a brief trip to the area. We’ll try to give you as much notice as possible but, to get you as much interest as we can, it is helpful if you can be as flexible as possible.
If you are selling a second home, leave us a key or put us in touch with a reliable keyholder and we will keep you in the loop on any visits.
