List your property exclusively with The Spanish Estate Agent and we'll cover the cost of your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Terms and Conditions
The property must be listed exclusively with The Spanish Estate Agent for a minimum period of six (6) months.
This offer applies only to residential properties located on the Costa del Sol.
The EPC will be arranged through one of our approved and qualified energy assessors.
If the property is withdrawn from the market, sold privately, listed with another agency, or the exclusivity agreement is terminated before the end of the six-month term, the full cost of the EPC shall become immediately payable by the property owner.
This promotion is non-transferable and applies to one EPC per property.
The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
