We were delighted to recently attend A Place in the Sun Live in Manchester, where we had the pleasure of meeting so many fantastic people looking to secure their own slice of sunshine on the stunning Costa del Sol.


The event was a great success, giving us the opportunity to speak face-to-face with buyers at every stage of their journey — from those just starting to explore the idea of purchasing in Spain, to clients ready to begin their property search immediately. We answered questions about the buying process, legal requirements, financing options, and of course showcased some of the beautiful homes currently available.
