According to on-line statistics and customer feedback we bring you the current top 5 places to live on the Costa del Sol.

  1. MARBELLA
Marbella is our number one option because of the quality and variety of the area's beaches.
  2. ESTEPONA
The charming city views, its many restaurants, bars and relaxed approach to life all lead many Europeans to choose Estepona as their second home plus Estepona is being currently heavily invested in.
  3. FUENGIROLA
It is one of the most varied areas and its packed full of activities for you.  If you have children and your looking for an areas that is close to schools, Fuengirola is a great option.
  4. MIJAS COSTA
Mijas Costa is rapidly becoming one of the most attractive areas to live in. The area offers many of the benefits that Marbella and Fuengirola have but with an added calm nature to the zone.
  5. SOTOGRANDE
Located on the seafront, it has swimming pools and private beaches to practise a wide range of sports such as rowing, diving, or water skiing.  The port and marina has a number of stunning restaurants and despite being one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in Spain, everything is low key and discreet as opposed to the bling and glitz of Marbella or Puerto Banus.

There are so many stunning areas on the Costa Del Sol that it can become hard to choose where you want to live.  We have decades of property experience and know all areas really well, so we can help advise and guide you on what is the best area for you based on your own criteria.

Buying or selling property is life-changing. We get that, so we pride ourselves on our personal, supportive and professional service.
