- How many bathrooms does my new home need?
- What is the minimum number of square feet I need?
- Do I need a garden or is a terrace enough?
- Do I want to be near the beach, a golf course, a hospital, a good vet, shopping, bars and restaurants?
- What else is important to my lifestyle?
- What are the five nice-to-haves that I don’t need but that would be the icing on the cake? Views? A roof terrace? A gym nearby?
