Benedicte Van Quaethem grew up in the picturesque city of Bruges, Belgium, and came to Spain when she felt it was time for a change. She has many years of experience in customer service and sales, and is fluent in several languages, including French, English, German, and her native Dutch. She is also a proud mother of two wonderful boys.

Why move to the Costa del Sol?

I needed a fresh start, and fate brought me to a job offer in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. I fell in love with Estepona, its stunning beaches, and mountain views. My motto is: everything happens for a reason. Sometimes, you have to take a leap of faith to discover that life can be better than you ever imagined. It was the best decision I ever made. I love helping others find the same happiness and enjoy the beauty of the Costa del Sol.

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my sons. They are both students and are doing really well. In my spare time, I love spending days out with my family.

What do you enjoy most about property sales?

I have a passion for property. I love the experience of taking someone on a viewing and seeing them fall in love with their dream home.
