The best colours to use when you are trying to sell your home

Looking to Sell? The Spanish Estate Agent suggests suggests you think twice before choosing these shades.

Colour is wonderful - when you’ve picked it out yourself. But estate agents in general, advise clients to steer clear of using bold colours when they’re in the market to sell:

Red and orange can be particularly oppressive, especially when they’re in a kitchen.
Acidic shades such as lime, orange, and yellow are not everyone’s cup of tea. Softer shades of sage, pumpkin and hay are more likely to attract buyers.
Neutrals are the way to go to bring freshness and a sense of space. Off whites, stone tones or pale greys get our vote.

Buying or selling property is life-changing. We get that, so we pride ourselves on our personal, supportive and professional service.
